SIA時事英語討論: Rich Porter's English Discussion Meeting
140906 The Use of Roundabouts

The Japanese media reports pros and cons about 13 roundabouts under construction in Japan. A government spokesperson claims its use will improve traffic flow. On the other hand, some motorists report confusion about how to use properly. In Nagoya, the most well-know one is at Nagoya station. Attendees will consider the advantages and disadvantages of the roundabouts, along with other strategies intended to facilitate the movement of motor vehicles in urban areas. This event will occur at 1:00 PM this Saturday.
